Before you order
How is the seafood delivered?
Orders leave our Botany facility in insulated packaging with cold packs. You will receive tracking details when the parcel is dispatched. Standard delivery within Australia is usually 2 to 7 business days after dispatch.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Move frozen items to a freezer at -18°C as soon as possible. Check the pack on arrival and contact us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, thawed or incorrect.
Can I return an order?
Unopened, correctly stored products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For food safety, opened or thawed products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Where do you source from?
Our range includes product from New Zealand and imported supply. The origin is stated on each product page so you can check before ordering.
