Order processing

Orders are packed and dispatched from our facility in Botany, New South Wales, Australia. Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on a business day are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery within Australia

Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote and regional areas may take longer. All frozen and chilled products are packed with insulated liners and cold packs to protect quality in transit.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order weight, and the cold-chain packaging required. The exact rate is shown before you complete your order.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and refrigerate or freeze perishable items immediately. If your order is delayed, damaged, or missing an item, contact us within 48 hours at contact@fgelectronics.shop with your order number and photos where relevant.
